Currently,the airdrop option is only available on mobile client.
Go to a group chat in Easychat, tap the "+" icon at bottom right corner, you will see the airdrop option.
How to send airdrops?
There are two types of airdrop: try-luck ones and general ones.
For try-luck airdrops, you need to set the currency, the number, the total amount, and the copy of airdrops before sending the airdrops.
For general airdrops, you need to set the currency, the number, and the copy of airdrops as well as the amount of single airdrop before sending the airdrops.
After setting, you will be required to confirm the type, the number and the amount of airdrops and go through password and email verification. You will be able to send an airdrop after verification.
How to claim airdrops?
Airdrop statuses are Unclaimed, Claimed and Expired.
You can tap unclaimed airdrops to claim them. The number of unclaimed airdrop for you to claim will be shown on the chat room screen. Tap to see the list of unclaimed airdrops.
Airdrops that are already claimed or expired cannot be claimed. You can only see the details of these airdrops.
How to view airdrop details?
Go to the airdrop sending screen.
Tap Details on the upper right corner to see the airdrops you have received and sent. This screen will show the total amount you have received and sent as well as the list of airdrops received and sent during the selected period.
Why cannot I send airdrops?
You will not be able to send airdrops in the following situations:
- You are banned to post;
- You haven't completed KYC authentication;
- You have reached the withdrawal limit;
- You haven't set the trading password;
- You have reached the daily limit.
Where can I see the airdrops I received or sent?
If you have claimed or sent any airdrops, you can go to Spot Assets screen to see history of asset changes caused by airdrops.
Why the currency I desire is unavailable for airdrops?
The currency of airdrop is configured by the platform as it will set the currency according to user's preferences If you failed to find the currency you desire, please contact our customer service for help.
Why is there a daily limit?
To protect user's assets, we have set a limit for the total amount of airdrops sent in a day. You can check the daily limit and your available amount at the place in red box in below screenshot, so as to avoid airdrop sending failure.
