Description of services
1.1This agreement is made between you and EasyCoins Partner. "EasyCoins exchange" shall mean EasyCoins or one of its affiliates. Partner refers to the person or organization who registers, logs in and uses the account, which is more referred to as "you" in this agreement
Account Registration & Requirements
2.1 You need to register an EasyCoins account before using this service.
2.2EasyCoins will review your registered account details. You shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy and validity of the account you provided. If damage is caused to EasyCoins or a third party, you shall be compensated according to law.
2.3 EasyCoins reserves the right to verify or review the identity.If there are malicious brushing, batch registration, self-buying, and self-selling cheating, we will strictly review and disqualify partners;If the cases are serious, EasyCoins also has the right to freeze your account and even ask you to pay compensation.
Users Information Protection
3.1 When you apply, you may need to provide some necessary information, please keep the information true, accurate, legal, effective and timely update, so that EasyCoins can provide you with timely and effective help, or better serve you. According to relevant laws, regulations and policies, please fill in the real identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete or inaccurate, you may not be able to use the service or be restricted during use.
3.2 EasyCoins is committed to protecting users personal information and will not disclose your information to any companies, organizations or individuals without your consent, except as required by laws and regulations.
3.3 You shall fully respect personal information and you shall not collect, copy, store, publish or use personal information of others in any other way.Otherwise, you shall bear consequences arising therefrom.
Partner Reward Rules
4.1 The Use of Partner Agreement means any conducts by you using the Service, including but not limited to registration, login, invitation, promotion, transaction and others.
4.2 Partner reward rules:
4.2.1 How to apply: Users need to compelete advanced ID verification, and you can check "Personal Center" - "My Referrals" to become a partner of EasyCoins exchange.
4.2.2 Invitation: EasyCoins has a unique invitation QR code and link for each partners. When you invited new users through QR code or link and you also should activate the account (Complete advanced ID verification), Partners can enjoy return rewards.
4.2.3 Reward: A Partner, who can get 30% rebate on the first-level inviter, get 10% rebate from the second-level inviter.
4.2.4 Referral: Users who are invited to someone registered on EasyCoins and completed advanced ID verification can get 10USDT rewards when transaction volume reaches 100000USDT within two months; Inviter also receives 10USDT rewards.
4.3 Maliciously damage the rules of the website for rebates, malicious damage to the interests of the platform and etc. are highly forbidden. EasyCoins will deduct the invitation or freeze the account (the user needs to fill out the "application for unfreezing the account" and submit the handheld application photo to unfreeze the account) based on how serious the situation is. If the situation is serious, all the invitation rewards, partner benefits and commission rebates will be deducted from the account, and account will be permanently frozen for the interest of the users and website. The details are as follows (Extreme examples are excluded)：
4.3.1 Maliciously registering accounts in bulk for invitation rewards and bonus;
4.3.2 Maliciously scalping for high commission fee, rebates and invitation prize;
4.3.3Associated IP accounts trading;
4.3.4 Buy and sell on associated accounts funds, maliciously destroy rules.
Account Management
5.1 The ownership of account is owned by EasyCoins. After you signed up, you obtain the right to use EasyCoins account. The right to use is only initial registrant and is prohibited from being donated, borrowed, rented, transferred or sold. EasyCoins reserves the right to terminate this service due to business needs.
5.2 You are responsible for properly keeping registered account and password.You agree not to disclose your account or password to others under any circumstances. When you suspect that someone is using your account or password, you should notify EasyCoins immediately.
5.3 You shall abide by the terms and use service correctly and appropriately. If you violate any of the terms, EasyCoins reserves the right to terminate services in accordance with this Agreement. At the same time, EasyCoins reserves the right to withdraw EasyCoins account and name at any time.
Data Storage
6.1 EasyCoins is not responsible for deletion or storage failure of your data in this service.
6.2 EasyCoins has the right to determine maximum storage period of data in the service according to actual situation, and allocate maximum storage space for the data on server. You can back up relevant data in this service according to your own needs.
6.3 If you stop using service or the service is terminated or cancelled, EasyCoins can permanently delete your data from server. After the service is stopped, terminated or cancelled, EasyCoins is not obligated to return any data to you.
Risk Liability Exemption
7.1 You understand and agree that this service is only a platform for users to share, publish and obtain information, You must be responsible for all behaviours under your account, including authenticity, legality, accuracy and effectiveness, as well as the results of using this service. If you find that anyone violates the provisions of this agreement or uses EasyCoins information in other improper ways, please report or complain to us immediately, and we will handle it according to law.
7.2 You understand and agree that EasyCoins reserves the right to change, suspend, restrict, terminate or cancel all or part of the service at any time without any notice due to the needs of business development, and users shall bear this risk.
Intellectual Property Statements
8.1 EasyCoins shall own contents intellectual property rights (including but not limited to web pages, texts, pictures, audio, video, charts, etc.) and intellectual property rights generated by users shall be owned by users themselves or relevant obligees.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated, EasyCoins's copyright, patent and other intellectual property rights are owned by EasyCoins.
8.3 EasyCoins owns the copyright or trademark and other commercial logos used in this service.
8.4 The intellectual property rights of the above or any others contained in this service are protected by law and no one may use or create derivative works in any form without the written permission of EasyCoins.
Laws
9.1 If EasyCoins discovers or receives reports from others or complains that users violate this agreement, EasyCoins reserves the right to delete the account at any time without notice including but not limited to warning, deleting some or all subscribers, restricting or prohibiting all or part of functions, blocking account until cancellation and announcement of processing results.
9.2 You understand and agree that EasyCoins reserves the right to punish the violation of relevant laws and regulations in accordance with reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any person who violates laws and regulations, and save relevant information to report to relevant departments. Users shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
Service Effective & Changed
10.1 Your use of the service is deemed to have been read and agreed this Agreement.
10.2 EasyCoins reserves the right to modify terms of this Agreement as necessary. You can check the latest version on relevant services.
10.3 After terms have been changed, if you continue to use services, you are deemed to have accepted revised Agreement. If you do not accept revised agreement, you should stop using the service.
Others
11.1 This agreement is signed in United Kingdom.
11.2 When this Agreement conflicts laws and regulations of United Kingdom, please abide the relevant laws of United Kingdom.
11.3 To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claims to EasyCoins Prospect way royal oak industrial estate, Daventry,Northamptonshire , UK, NN118PL,If we request arbitration against you, we will give you notice at the email address or street address you have provided.
11.4 The headings of this Agreement are for convenience only and no actual meaning and shall not be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning of this agreement.
11.5 The terms of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable in part for any reason, and other terms are still valid and binding on both parties.
