- Transaction ID is obtained from your account statement tab or acknowledgement/transaction confirmation screen on your banking/payment app after you make the payment.
- If transferred through IMPS / UPI, the reference number is RRN, UTR or External Reference number which is 12-digit long.

If transferred through NEFT / RTGS, the reference number is called the UTR NUMBER, which generally starts with your bank code. If you cannot identify the UTR number, please provide all reference numbers you see along with the narration per your bank statement after the transfer is complete.

Important: The most common reason for deposits not reflecting in your EasyCoins account is due to an incorrect or missing Transaction/Reference ID after the UPI or IMPS/NEFT/RTGS is completed.
